Seville Application Procedures
The following information is for the TCU in Seville semester-long program. For information on TCU's summer program in Seville,
Application Requirements
- Good academic standing
- 2.8 GPA minimum
- At least two full semesters in residence at TCU
- At least two semesters of Spanish language study (or equivalent proficiency) recommended
- A passport at the time of application is highly recommended to allow enough time to obtain a student visa before the start of the program
Application Instructions
- Register and complete the TCU in Seville forms online. Apply Today!
- Submit in person, to the Center for International Studies (Rickel 246):
- official transcript in PDF Format (contact the Registrar & request that a 'PDF' official transcript is sent to our office studyabroad@tcu.edu)
- Completed Study Abroad Credit Approval Form (signed by your academic advisors, department chairs, and dean) to determine how the courses will be distributed in your degree plan
- 2 passport-sized photos or a digital headshot.
- 300 - 500 word personal statement addressing how this semester abroad will help you achieve your academic and personal goals.
- Housing Questionnaire
- Make an appointment with Dr. Tracy Williams to discuss application materials and courses (upon your return for the Fall 2009 semester).
By the First Orientation Meeting
- Pay a $500 deposit (credit card or check made payable to TCU)
